New at Maison & Objet

Revised and corrected, the new Maison & Objet salon "à la carte" will offer two separate spaces for pros. On the one hand, the best of the object, the accessory and the decoration complement organized by product families: decorative gifts, fashion accessories, interior accessories, kitchen, linens, home fragrances, children and family. On the other side, the best decoration and interior design solutions organized by styles: art professions, world cultures, contemporary art of living, character interiors, with a focus on the most beautiful signatures of the show.

Decryption connected with (RE) GENERATION

As always, Maison & Objet is organized around a theme, and in 2020, the future belongs to millennials. Watchword ? New vision, new codes, new generation. For its 25th anniversary, the show turns to the consumption patterns and behaviors of generations Y and Z, committed consumers rocked by successive crises and the digital revolution. Result, an ethical and connected revolution which dynamites the sectors of the house and the art of living, deciphered and interpreted by the specialists of the sector via installations or selections.

Home & Object focus

The M&O show is also the Designer of the year award, the designer of the year award. In January 2020, the poetic universe of Cypriot designer Michael Anastassiades will be honored. As to Rising Talent Awards, awarded to the young designers, and targeting a different country each year, this year they will reward new talents… French! A nod to the 25th anniversary of the show, with a jury made up of Guillaume Houzé, Director of Image and Communication at Galeries Lafayette and BHV MARAIS, Didier Krzentowski, founder of the Kreo gallery, Pierre Charpin, designer , visual artist and scenographer, René-Jacques Mayer, director of the Camondo school, Pierre Yovanovitch, interior designer, and Françoise Seince, in charge of the Ateliers de Paris. See you in January.
